Before launching my own firm, I spent over 30 years leading in HR and IT across industries and institutions — from global powerhouses like Siemens Healthineers, ADP, and Accenture to mission-driven organizations like Emory  and Piedmont Healthcare, and Ascension Health and other regional systems with deeply human challenges.

I’ve built teams. Led through restructures. Fixed what was broken behind closed doors.
And I’ve done it all while carrying identities that weren’t always welcome in those rooms.
